GREEN, YELLOW, & GREY ZUCCHINI

This versatile vegetable is a great source of vitamin C, folacin, and potassium as well as being sodium and fat-free! Since zucchini grows so rapidly, sometimes it is necessary to pick the same plant twice in one day. Its skin boasts a very soft membrane that can be damaged easily. This is why our picking and packing process is extremely important to us. These varieties are planted in the first week of May and are ready for harvest by the middle of June.

TO STORE, cover and refrigerate unwashed for up to one week.

TO PREPARE, rinse, trim ends and prepare accordingly.
