Grape Tomato Salada


3 or 4 Pints of Procyk Farms Grape Tomatoes 

1 Cup Fresh Basil 

1/2 Medium Red Onion

2-3 Cloves Crushed Garlic

1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar 

1/4 Cup Virgin Olive Oil

1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard 

1/2 Cup Feta (can substitute Goat Cheese or Fresh Grated Parmesan if desired)


Halve Grape Tomatoes and place in a medium size bowl with finely chopped Red Onion, fresh Basil, and Feta. 

In a separate small bowl, mix together Crushed Garlic, Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil and Dijon Mustard. Wisk together until combined.

Add dressing to Tomatoes and enjoy!
